Amazingly, astoundingly, awesomely, God incarnate arrived as baby Jesus so many centuries ago. He brought us unimaginable gifts: Grace, mercy, love, peace, and salvation! It is so very simple. Believe that Jesus arrived on this earth to die for our sins, and that he satisfied the righteousness of God and was raised from the dead to sit on the right hand of God the Father.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16)
In light of this phenomenal verse, how can we possibly be anxious?
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus" (Phil 4:6-7).
Praise God! This Christmas thank God for His Son Jesus who gave us gifts beyond our imagination. The gifts of grace, mercy, love, peace, and salvation!
